Background:

The housing and construction industry remains one of Africa’s largest employment sectors—but women remain underrepresented in decision-making, technical, and entrepreneurial roles. AWHC is hosting its inaugural conference to spotlight female contributions, address the barriers women face, and create a dynamic platform for learning, collaboration, and empowerment.
